WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Worship team members must have a heart for God, a passion for leading others in worship, and a spirit of humility and unity. Musical skill is important, but even more essential is a desire to serve and grow—both spiritually and as part of a team. We value team players who are committed, reliable, and open to feedback, with a willingness to prepare and show up ready to lead with excellence. Whether you're a vocalist, instrumentalist, or tech volunteer, our goal is to honor God together and create an atmosphere where people can encounter His presence. Practically speaking, team members scheduled for Sunday services are expected to attend Thursday night practices. We also hold full team gatherings several times throughout the year for connection and growth. On Sundays, those serving need to be available to arrive by 9:00 AM.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU

Being part of the worship team is an opportunity to grow spiritually, develop your gifts, and build meaningful relationships with others who share your heart for worship. You’ll receive encouragement, support, and training as you grow in both skill and faith. It’s a chance to be part of something bigger than yourself—creating space for people to encounter God through music and worship. You'll also gain experience in team ministry, personal leadership, and learn how to worship not just on stage, but in everyday life
